All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

We currently ship within Pakistan.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your city and courier service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
7. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Look Glossy is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you.
9. Delivery Delays
Look Glossy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
