Refund policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at lookglossy00@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at lookglossy00@gmail.com.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
